What are you using Cate for?

We're trying to get a better feel for where Cate is actually useful right now, and where it still gets in the way.

If you've tried it, even just for a few minutes, we'd be curious what you used it for.

Some things we're especially interested in:

• Keeping multiple terminals visible
• Working with coding agents
• Using Git worktrees
• Running browser previews next to code
• Reading docs, logs, or notes while coding
• Anything else we're not thinking about yet

We're also very interested in the rough parts — what felt confusing, missing, too slow, or just not worth switching for?

No polished feedback needed. A quick "I tried it for X, but Y annoyed me" is already useful.

I use it for claude code, dev ports, git commands and having relevant .md or JSON files easily readable - it works great!

My biggest want would be some kind of Sanity CMS integration - if I could see Sanity studio in the canvas I would do even less alt-tabbing.
