Confusing Question from a University Student

Hello, First of all i really love the idea of an canvas ide that can open multiple IDEs and fluently switch between them but i can't seem to use it . It maybe the way i setting it up weird or wrong so hope the team seeing this and give me some pointers or at least some documentation or sources of information please :(

Sorry just saw the notification, so basically I cannot open terminal when i select a workspace, and everytime i open a terminal in the IDE it keep saying dont have permission :(

I take a deep dive in the source code and the Cate backend seems have a script that only allow my home folder as the allowed root but my project is outside the home folder ;v .

I ask my AI agent and it point out something wrong here in runtime.cjs

very glad you found to like cate :) this issue should be fixed in the latest beta release. You can active beta releases in the cate settings and hit check for updates. Would be awesome if you could try it and give feedback if your issue is actually fixed. Thanks for reporting it!
