Subject: [PATCH] docs(readme): list oh-my-pi (omp) among native
 Signal+Lean+MCP+skills agents

omp was added as a native provider (~/.omp/agent AGENTS.md + skills + mcp.json)
but the README's native-agent prose still omitted it. Add it to both lists.
