[Feature Request] Do not include 'Web extension support decision' entries in log when outcome is supported

The log is flooded with Web extension support decision entries as it seems to produce hundreds of results at a time. Useful for debugging at first, perhaps the focus should now be to troubleshoot when the web extension reports an incorrect decision to be unsupported only.

Do not include Web extension support decision entries in the log when the outcome is supported.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Remove Web extension support decision from the log altogether at this time.

Thanks for reporting this. I kept the per-tab support state tracking in background.js, but it now only logs Web extension support decision when the outcome is actually unsupported, so the normal supported path stops flooding web_extension.log. Fixed in 3783b30.
