Kill and Nice command integration

• Write relevant test cases in the tests directory
• Make sure your work is not changing the other commands

@ChiragBhrdwaj Hey i can't let you work on this as someone already told me. I suggest you to check the repo for the already implemented commands and check the parent issue #9 and comment their which two other commands you want to work on. let me know and I will assign that to you

@0xsambit The TUI is really messed up, a lot of functions are vibe coded and implementations incomplete, I suggest a separate issue for it, my kill functionality is complete and I would like to merge but the TUI is just broken up.

I can implement the function in TUI but the issue is, CLI uses println for statements, while TUI uses the custom command_output.push

I can fix by using a flag in kill.rs and checking whether kill is called from CLI or TUI and then print statement accordingly, but seeing the current state of TUI, I am reluctant to make such a change, expecially because it will ruin the readability of the code.
