Onboarding tasks for NYC

There are a handful of tasks that are specific to new 18F staff in NYC:

• Getting a transit card
• Add them to the NYC mailing list
• Reach out Civic Hall to get them set up with the booking system, Slack, etc., and possibly to buy additional seats (not clear on how this works)

Not sure where these should go...the Handbook page? Checklistomania? Presumably there are similar tasks for other locations, so we should figure out where they go in general.

I really like checklistomania - I would be in favor of having tasks stored there for future hires :) @afeld
