Improving the PR review and merge process

lat.md was the second most-watched talk at the recent Py AI 2026 conference, and the project's star and fork counts reflect that interest.

Over the past six weeks, contributors have opened a number of PRs that would meaningfully improve the tool's usability and stability. Agentic coding is moving fast, and the tools in this space need to evolve at a similar pace.

Many of us are waiting on features that are already sitting in open PRs. This thread is meant to start a discussion on how we can speed up the review and merge process so lat.md stays competitive with alternative solutions.

In our company we are using lat heavily. We created and published a fork with our contributions, but would be happy if the actual repo would gain traction again.

We also drafted some even bigger additions like OTEL support or new subcommands for making lat.md even more powerful.
