More community-supplied localizations by default #14

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
By default, Aftershock only comes prepared with English as a language and may be confusing to use for users with unfamiliar native tongues.
Describe the solution you'd like
Request assistance from the community to help translate the localization files into many different languages to be supplied by default when packaged. While most users will remain on the English language, this will greatly improve usability if readable in their maternal tongue.
