Hard-delete replays from the file system entirely #16

Replays can be deleted from bins (with the exception of the global bin) but will not be deleted from the global bin nor the file system. Users should be allowed to delete bins entirely as you would be able to in the Rocket League replay list. Users should have to confirm before hard deleting the replay.
This action could be performed by pressing Ctrl + Delete or Delete in the global bin.
