Scroll bar distorts bin editor list

Describe the bug
When too many bins are listed in the bin editor, a scroll bar appears (which is expected). The scroll bar, however, distorts the layout of the bins, cuts off their names and shifts all content of the pane to the left to make space for a rather unappealing scroll bar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (if applicable - else, "N/A"):

1. Create 10 or more bins to have the scroll bar appear

Expected behavior
The scroll bar should appear semi-transparent over the bins and not distort them.
