Problem with my periodic homogenization results #10

Hello,
I've just realized that the results of my periodic homogenization are not correct (compared with a reference calculation) when both pypardiso and petsc are installed in the same environment and I select petsc as the solver. There seems to be a conflict between the two. But using pypardiso by default the results are correct.
Attached are the packages present in my conda environment.
