Deploy images to a registry

@svenpaulsen Why don't you deploy the images to Docker Hub or GitHub Container Registry?

I haven't seen any GitHub Actions workflows yet, but it would just be a matter of creating a very simple one—I can help with that as well.

Example for ghcr.io:
