Start using markdownlint?

As we start using markdown (#102), how about starting to use markdownlint-cli to check markdown files? Also integrate that into our CI/CD

I believe it to be a good idea @holybiber (assuming we can easily integrate it - which I believe we can).

Specially to validate PRs made, I think it's an extra layer to prevent chaos and that it will make our lives easier once it's setup.
