I encountered an issue creating a provisioning session using the m1-session type with Application Function version 1.4.0.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. AF ans AS are running
2. give the command "m1-session new-provisioning-session -e BBCRD5GTestbed -a MyASPId"
