Analyzer can't load in Visual Studio

It appears the analyzer can't run in Visual Studio because it targets .NET Standard 1.5. This is a problem, because .NET Standard 1.5 is required to have a custom AssemblyLoadContext.

I'll probably fix this by changing the Build / Compile MSBuild targets when $(BuildingInsideVisualStudio) is true. I'll work a bit more on this later.
