When Thermostat Control "Off" seems to fall in "Auto" after a while .

I have been using this thermostat for several years with a global satisfaction.Congratulations for this.
I am running the 2025-2 domoticz on RaspberryPi 4 32 bit.
I talk about the selector "thermostat Control" (Off, Auto,Force)
when i want to disable the thermostat ( i leave my house for one or 2 days for example) i select the "off" level
I observe after a while my actuators still running like if i kept the "Auto" mode and the selector stays on "Off" level.
I think perhaps some planned operation are the cause .what do you think?
or is there any other reason of that?

I cannot reproduce the behavior you are describing, with Domoticz 2025.2 and a raspberry under bookworm 64 bits (should not matter though). Can you run in verbose or debug mode and see if anything suspicious ? please not not post pages of logs... I defer to your good judgment :-)

I need to update my claim...Yesterday I manually planned the "Off" position of my widget thermostat control at 6 oclock this morning ( because of the changing fare of my electricity supplier at this time).I observed that the selector come to the Off position planned and the heaters stopped.
I ignore the reason but some time after (1 hour approximatively) i discover the heaters running and the selector always "Off".
Could you tell me if this is authorized by the code? and what is the reason?
Ps: this happens only if the thermostat needs to warm .

Hello ! I still cannot see how this could happen from within the plugin... the heartbeat function in plugin.py checks the status of the thermostat at each cycle... if is "Off", the function in line 268 is executed and nothing in it should turn the thermostat on "Auto" (quite the contrary, there is code to ensure that if any remnant of "Forced" mode exists, it is killed...).

It may be some domoticz automation/planning outside of the plugin that actuates the thermostat mode ?

Thank you for the code checking however in my update (see above) the thermostat control stay on the "Off" level and stay in this position (no longer moving to Auto) and the heaters are starting despite everything.
I will search again in my system either if another reason makes this happening.
