Description
develop and document procedure to start the application for development from cmdline (possibly based on existing VisualStudio profiles):
- download tools (npm, Angular, VS, db from dockerhub?)
- download sources (FE, BE)
- build + unittest
- populate (seed database)
- run test scenarios confirming it works (manual + automated)
