GeoParquet is in the process of updating to a 2.0 version whereby geometry/geography types are now included in Parquet proper, and the GeoParquet encoding approach has some minor changes.

I'm not sure we've ever said anything about versions or what is required in an ADAPT GeoParquet file.

After 2.0 becomes production, we should ensure some documentation around support for it (and 1.0/1.1?) on the next major ADAPT Standard version and clarify what Geoparquet requirements ADAPT has.
