[Wish, low priority] Settings for Telemetry

Now that the contact positions are being updated via telemetry queries, it would be great if these settings could be configured directly on the device:

• Global telemetry settings (similar to the official app: "None", "All", "Only selected contacts" for the different categories: environment, position, and servo).
• Per-contact settings: A "Telemetry Permissions" button in the contact details menu to toggle permissions (Yes/No) for each category.

I'm not sure if the "Servo" category makes sense for these specific devices; for my use case, "position" and standard "environment" (battery voltage) would be more than enough.
