**[BUG]: Missing empty state when no contributors match the search** #215

Description

@zaibamachhaliya

Bug Description

When searching for a contributor on the Contributors page, if the searched name does not match any contributor who has contributed to the selected organization, no clear message or empty state is displayed.

The contributor section appears blank, which makes it unclear whether there are no matching contributors or whether the page has failed to load.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open OrgExplorer.
  2. Search for any organization with existing contributors.
  3. Navigate to the Contributors page.
  4. Search for a contributor name that has not contributed to the selected organization.
  5. Observe the contributor list.

Logs and Screenshots

No console errors are observed.

The screenshot shows that when the contributor search returns zero results, the contributor section appears empty without displaying any "No contributors found" or similar message.
