Strangely formatted WeBWork Problem in 14.3

Exercise 1 in 14.3 is formatted oddly to me; see image below.

My first problem is that it is more natural to me to have the x, y and dA at right, and then pick from the left. I recognize that this uses cardsort, so converting the order is likely difficult. (I did some AI searching and there may be workarounds, but I wasn't comfortable changing this.)

My second problem is the lines between elements are distracting. Can they be removed?

Final problem: each column would look better if it were center justified. Can that be accomplished?

(P.S. I also didn't like the wording of the problem. So I have changed that, but it can be changed back.)

It looks like I made this into a cardsort problem in this commit last year.

At the time I must have forgotten about the fact that cardsort provides a nice interactive matching problem in HTML, but the rendering in PDF is quite poor.

Previously this was a fill-in-the-blank problem, but not interactive. The old version was simply:

When evaluating <m>\iint_R f(x,y)\, dA</m> using polar coordinates,
<m>f(x,y)</m> is replaced with <fillin/> and <m>dA</m> is replaced with <fillin/>.

There is such a thing as an interactive fill-in-the-blank problem, but I don't think there is a way to allow math input for it.

Options:

1. Revert back to a non-interactive problem. (I don't think my replacement is all that great here.)
2. Replace it with a WeBWorK problem. Then we can have blanks that support math input.

Either option is fine with me.
A WeBWorK option is nice as it gives instant feedback.
I'm fine with the non-interactive option, though, too. This is supposed to be a relatively straight-forward problem to remind students of the replacements they are to make.
For the sake of ease, I think I lean to the latter, wording it so that students make the substitutions for x, y and dA, not just f(x,y) and dA, much as the cardsort problem had them consider.
