README lists "Battery and data" as a test area but CONTRIBUTING.md reward tiers define no tier for it #110

Description

@bibonix

README.md "What to Test" ends with "Battery and data — unexpected drain or background traffic." None of the three reward tiers in CONTRIBUTING.md covers this category: $10 is for UI glitches, $25 is for connection, server switching, subscriptions, or reconnection, and $50 is for traffic leaks, kill-switch failures, or data loss. A reporter who finds unexpected battery drain or spurious background traffic has no tier to point to.

The fix is to add battery drain and unexpected background data to an existing tier definition, or to add a note in the reward table explaining where such bugs land.
