Revision to SCM output format

We have revised the SCM output format as follows: please report profile variables on the time-varying native model pressure grid (rather than interpolating to a fixed pressure grid). We therefore request both time-varying model layer mid-level pressure and time-varying layer top edge pressure as listed here.
