Update csolution examples to use target-set and debug adapter selection (was: for csolution TZ examples: store `cbuild-set.yml` file)

TZ examples require both the Secure and Non-Secure part to be compiled.

As the IDE selects just the first project of a solution when cbuild-set.yml is missing, this file needs to be part of multi-project files that require more then just on project to work.

Take a notice that with VSC extensions it is not working as expected at the moment as stated in the issue .

@MiloradCvjetkovic, the project format has evolved and I kindly ask you or someone in your team to update this example:
a) define a default target-set where the NS and S project-contexts are selected and the ST-Link@pyOCD as Debug Adapter.
b) do we require a local cdefault file or can we use the default for CMSIS-Toolbox 2.12 or higher?
c) or should we have the settings locally
d) select AC6 as compiler
e) ensure that we build hex files and elf files for dwarf-5

@jkrech , can you please answer the following 2 questions:

• do we keep uVision projects? (uVision requires DWARF 4, and GDB requires DWARF 5)
• why the default cdefault in the CMSIS-Toolbox doesn't have DWARF 5 for AC6 as default setting (is it because of uVision)?
