Implement the Calibration Image Cropping as a Transform

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Whilst scripts exist to crop the calibration images, these should be implemented as transform in torch, so they can be automatically applied to a dataset.

Since we now provide the processed data in PAINT, I suggest no longer implementing this feature.

I will tag it with "wontfix" and leave it as an optional issue, which could still be implemented if desired!
