[BUG] AdvantageKit Power Logging not working #107

Describe the bug
The AdvantageKit power logging is recording 0's for everything.
To Reproduce
Watch the power outputs in AdvantageScope.
Expected behavior
Battery voltage and current draws will be listed.
Additional context
May be related to the updated RBSIPowerMonitor.java module? Or a bug in AdvantageKit with the move of power logging?
