Make assigning of rider to driver more prominent on rider registration

Specifically:

1. An alert (such as those colored fading-out notices) that would be green when automatic assigning to a driver was successful, red if not.
2. Since user is redirected to rider info page immediately after, have the page indicate under which driver the rider is assigned to (currently only indicates if a driver, not saying which one, is assigned)

I agree with #2,
But for #1, I usually associate red flash notices as something I (user) did
wrong or an error that occurred, so I think it might be better to just
highlight if no driver on the second page.
