Description
The purpose of this part is to more explicitly track the state of the parachute on the rocket.
- It should have an indicator for if the parachute has been deployed or not.
- It should accept a "Confirm Parachute Ready" command that has to be issued by the ground crew before launch to assure the flight computer of the parachute's state
- It should accept a "Deploy Parachute command"
- It should have the abillity to interface with lower level devices such as servos or MOSFETs to execute the parachute deploy command
Up to experimetnation:
- Should a Parachute reset command be part of this part to reset e.g. Servos or should this happen by directly issuing a command to the lower level hardware?
