What it's about
Laura Mackenzie and Lucy Henshall are back to take us through the basics of working with spatial, climate, and habitat data. We will go over where to find data, how to handle different file formats in R and some basic calculations that may come in handy when working on spatial climate and habitat data. The session will contain a short tutorial so you can have a go yourself.

Anyone and everyone - from a completely newcomer to someone wanting to refresh their memory.

How to prepare
No preparation needed. Tutorial files will be uploaded closer to the tutorial, but there will be time during the session for you to download them and understand the data and exercise.
This session is open to everyone to feel free to bring along whoever may be interested!
