How to pre-train？

It takes time to train the model from nothing, so is there a way to pre-train?

Hello. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by pre-train?

Are you using a GPU? It will take extremely long to train on a CPU. With a GPU I was able to complete 50k iterations in 24 hours though (with the height-width size that is currently set).

I'd recommend using a GPU, and I believe the number of iterations is set to 100k in FLAGS, you can reduce that to 50k, as I didn't see much improvement after 50k. Might be able to stop even earlier than that. You'll see the samples as they're generated in the outputs folder while training.

Also, a GPU with 4GB memory or more is probably sufficient. Any less and you'll get OOM errors. But if you do get OOM errors, you could reduce the image sizes even more, or reduce the number of conditioning labels (such as, only condition on gender).
