Non-English keyboards not working

Describe the bug
The accents in my keyboard aren't working because iBus isn't installed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to type some word with accent in non-english keyboards.

Expected behavior
It would work as expected, typing the letter with the accent.

Additional context
Just adding iBus to the base image seems to solve the problem, no extra configuration required.
