Permission is granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this
software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to use, copy,
modify, and distribute the Software for non-commercial purposes, subject to the
conditions below.

Non-commercial purposes include personal use, learning, research, evaluation,
and use in projects that are not intended to generate revenue or provide a
commercial advantage.

Commercial use is not permitted without a separate commercial license from
AgentPilotLab. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

- selling, licensing, or sublicensing the Software;
- offering the Software as part of a paid product, paid service, SaaS product,
  hosted service, consulting deliverable, or client project;
- integrating the Software into a commercial product or workflow;
- using the Software to provide services for a business customer; or
- using the Software in any activity primarily intended to generate revenue or
  commercial advantage.

To obtain permission for commercial use, you must receive prior written
permission from AgentPilotLab and pay the agreed commercial license fee.

Any copy or substantial portion of the Software must include this license notice
and copyright notice.

implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or
