The LP position appears concentrated in a single unlocked LP NFT holder.\n\nExpected behavior:\n\n- Do not return 100/100 with no flags for this case.\n- At minimum, add warning flags for same-creator honeypot history and unlocked/concentrated LP control, or reduce score below LIKELY SAFE.\n- Also investigate why token metadata returns Unknown / ??? while DexScreener and GoPlus both resolve clawd.atg.eth / CLAWD.\n\n## Method\n\nI gathered live Base token candidates from GeckoTerminal trending pools and DexScreener search results, then scanned 52 unique non-system token addresses with SafeAgent basic scan. I cross-checked high-score results against GoPlus token_security on Base chain id 8453 and looked for SafeAgent scores >= 90 with external risk flags.\n\nThe other high-score candidate was AERO with is_mintable, but I did not use it as the main finding because that can be protocol-specific emissions behavior. CLAWD is the cleaner bug because it combines SafeAgent metadata failure, same-creator honeypot history, and unlocked LP concentration while still receiving a perfect score and no flags.

Why I think this is a false positive / scoring bug:

GoPlus Base token security for the same contract returns:

• token_symbol: RNBW
• is_open_source: 1
• is_mintable: 1
• hidden_owner: 1
• is_honeypot: 0
• buy_tax: 0
• sell_tax: 0
• lp_holder_count: 4
• top LP holder percent: 0.864028595105838637
• top LP holder is_locked: 0
• top LP holder value: about 28,061.93

DexScreener also resolves this as a live Base pair with about $327k liquidity and FDV about $17.7M at scan time, so this is not just a dead/no-liquidity token.

A 100/100 score with zero flags looks wrong for an agent-facing token safety scanner because:

1. hidden_owner=1 is a direct ownership risk and should not be flattened to a perfect score.
2. is_mintable=1 means supply can be expanded, which is especially relevant for wallet/action safety checks.
3. The LP appears highly concentrated: the top LP holder controls about 86.4% and GoPlus marks it as not locked.

Expected behavior:

• Do not return 100/100 with no flags for RNBW.
• Add at least warning flags for hidden owner, mintable supply, and unlocked/concentrated LP control.
• Reduce the score below LIKELY SAFE or at minimum keep LIKELY SAFE only with explicit caveats.

Method

I gathered live Base token candidates from GeckoTerminal 24h trending pools and DexScreener Base searches, excluded the demo and previously submitted token sets visible in this issue/workspace, then scanned candidates with SafeAgent basic scan. I cross-checked 100/100 no-flag results against GoPlus token_security on Base chain id 8453 and DexScreener liquidity metadata.

This RNBW case is cleaner than a metadata-only issue because the scanner correctly resolves the token name/symbol but still returns a perfect score despite hidden owner, mintable supply, and concentrated unlocked LP signals.

2. is_mintable=1 means token supply can be expanded.
3. The top LP holder controls about 96.1% of LP and GoPlus marks it as not locked.

Expected behavior:

• Do not return 100/100 with no flags for POD.
• Add warning flags for hidden owner, mintable supply, and unlocked/concentrated LP control.
• Reduce the score below LIKELY SAFE or keep LIKELY SAFE only with explicit caveats.

Method

I pulled live Base trending-pool candidates from GeckoTerminal, excluded the prior visible Task #3 submissions (CLAWD and RNBW), scanned candidates through SafeAgent basic scan, then cross-checked 95+ score / zero-flag results against GoPlus token_security on Base chain id 8453. POD is the cleanest new mismatch from that run because the scanner resolves the token metadata correctly but still returns a perfect score despite multiple independent risk signals.

2. GoPlus reports only one LP holder, controlling 100% of LP.
3. That top LP holder is not locked, so LP control is fully concentrated and withdrawable.

Expected behavior:

• Do not return 100/100 with no flags for AXIOM.
• Add warning flags for same-creator honeypot history and unlocked/concentrated LP control.
• Reduce the score below perfect, or keep LIKELY SAFE only with explicit caveats.

I pulled live Base trending-pool candidates from GeckoTerminal, excluded the prior visible Task #3 submissions in this thread (CLAWD, RNBW, POD), then scanned 50 unique Base token contracts through SafeAgent basic scan. I cross-checked SafeAgent 100/100 + zero-flag results against GoPlus token_security on Base chain id 8453 and selected AXIOM as the cleanest non-duplicate mismatch.
