the motherboard is a gigabyt h61... something like that. after setting up and testing, everything worked fine until the PC was turned off.
when the power supply is turned on, the motherboard supplies power to the usb arduino, which tries to initialize and puts the signal lines on 0 gnd. If the PC is not turned on for a long time, it can burn the motherboard. I solve this issue by turning on the PC and the USB in sequence

материнская плата gigabyt h61... что-то там. в общем после настройки и тестов всё работало прекрасно до момента выключения ПК.
когда включается блок питания материнская плата подаёт питание на usb ардино пытается инициализироваться кладёт сигнальные линии на 0 gnd и если долго не включать может сжечь материнку. решаю вопрос последовательным включением ПК и УСБ. "
