I've never had any issues with it at the level you sent. What does sometimes fail are skin animations or skins with evolutions. In this case, the skins load for me, but some have small bugs that they didn't have before but suddenly reappear. For example, the Nightbringer Yasuo skin used to have its ability animations play, but now they don't. But that error you're getting might be because you have an older version of Rose.

I'm not using the current version, and yes, it's just bugs in the animations. The big problem is that the game updates very frequently, which alters some game files, interfering with apps like Rose that are based on injection.
