[BUG - Satellite] Erroring geocodes #40
Description
The following cities are returning no data from satellite:
- Itaparica (BA) - 2916104
- Madre de Deus (BA) - 2919926
- Fernando de Noronha (PE) - 2605459
The last one can be an ADM0 Area bound bug, which provides the lat and lon that exclude the island on Satellite's request. But the first two should return data, the worst case would be the new Land Dataset provided by Copernicus excludes entirely these two cities because their quadrants are majorly on the ocean
