[Bug]: Factory manager reports no IItemHandler for extractinator block

Doesn't work to draw items out as would be expected. This is an issue with how extractinator's bottom output is programmed differently than any other inventory, apparently.

How to Reproduce?

Install extractinator, super factory manager
Block extractinator top side so items stay inside
Setup basic SFM manager

Expected Behavior

Items to be draw-able
