Add a feature that allows jumping from the media control page to Quran reading page. This could be made happen via tapping on the Surah's name on the control page.

This could be made happen via tapping on the Surah's name on the control page, as in the attached screenshot.
Normally, one can return to the reading page by simply tapping the back button or going back, that is if you opened the media page from reading page.
But if you open the media control page from the app's homepage (as in the second screenshot), pressing the back button would only take you back to the homepage and if you want to read the currently recited surah on the media control page you will have to manually search for and open the surah from. So adding this feature would remove that little inconvenience and makes access faster.
