Users may have specific preferences like "Gyro" or "Dual Trackpad" configs.
Creators with the same preferences should be able to be followed.
Describe the solution you'd like
A follow feature on any given users profile.
A logged in user can click a follow button in the head-section of another user and can at any later date check the profiles/uploaded layouts of those followed.
A user may also want to get notified when a new config is uploaded.
Notifications should include e-mail and browser-based notifications (depending on users preferences)
