I'm not sure how much luck you will have with this as I think allskyAI is no longer supported by the developer/contributor. |

Hello Allsky Community,
I am using Allsky version v2024.12.06_06 and I am trying to configure the AllSkyAI module for my ZWO ASI662MC camera.
Inside the AllSkyAI Flow Manager settings, I opened the configuration dialog and explicitly set the "Camera Type" to "RGB" (since it's a color sensor). However, the WebUI keeps throwing a persistent red system message error:
"ERROR: Camera type not set, check AllSkyAI settings...
AllSkyAI Error: b'"
It seems like the setting is either not being saved correctly to the JSON configuration files, or the underlying Python script is crashing with a bytes/string decoding error (indicated by the empty python bytes literal Error: b').
Has anyone encountered this specific AllSkyAI module crash or knows how to manually force the camera type in the config files to bypass this bug?
Thank you for your help!
