Managing multiple buckling cases and ZOFFS for CQUAD4

Hi all,

I stumbled upon a couple of issues lately with Nastran > Aster translation, a test case and its translation are attached
testVega.zip

There are two issues in this translation :

• The second statics+buckling case is not translated, whereas with a simple static case it is translated.
• The ZOFFS entry of CQUAD4 is translated into just one group with the first value encountered : 0.01, with 0.1 not being used.

I'm using the latest version of Vega
