Mattock is not recognized as an axe for certain blocks

Describe your issue

The mattock is fine for cutting done tree logs but blocks made out of wood are treated as if I was destroying them by hand. Examples of blocks are Oak fence, Oak gate, Oak door, Oak trapdoor. Funnily enough, fences made from slimewood are quickly destroyed with the mattock but only because the mattock is registering as a shovel, according to Jade.

This is how it is in Forge TC, I know, it's a pretty dumb decision, but it's a design decision they made nonetheless, not a bug.

Adding on to this - the mechanism responsible for this behavior also prevents the mattock from working with tree felling mods (such as Tree Chop and Tree Harvester).
