Tinker Suggestion

• I verify that this suggestion isn't already a feature in Tinker and that I have looked over the settings and mod description.

Feature description

Add a feature that lets you hover over a numerical input and scroll your mouse up or down to increment it. Since both tpdea's and nwo5's version of this feature have been deprecated, adding this to Tinker would bring a monumental convenience for PC users, saving many clicks and searching for keys.
