Error when Scaffolding model

I'm trying to compile the EF model using:

dotnet ef dbcontext optimize --context XXXDbContext -o XXXDbContext -n XXXDbContext

and I'm getting an error precisely on a property that has a [NpgsqlEncrypt] attribute:
