OAuth2.get_user_data errors not specific

NoneType is returned if an exception occurs and there are no HTTP errors being sent to higher level applications using the library. This makes diagnosing issues during development harder to debug.

Made update so that it will return json with the "error" key on my branch, with creating a pull request sometime later.
