Time slot is stuck when patient is trying to book a doctor appointment

when we login through patient login after registeration and try to book an appointment we are only able to change dates but not time. Time slot is stuck at 10:00 only and it does not change

Currently the appointment system is based on first come first serve basis. So the patient could only select the date and according to the doctor's availability the time is automatically allocated by the system, which could not be modified currently. It will be good to provide user an option to select the appointment time as well.
