Null pointer exception when ticking entity

Game just suddenly froze and spat out a crash report, attached below. No idea what happened, but I don't have the heart upgrade mentioned in the crash report.

This crash doesn't make much sense, probably a core mod messing around or your instance got corrupted somehow
