Design section in DG no content or header for sub headings?

The Design section in the DG doesn't have any content below it and the heading following the design section are of the same heading size which implies that they are different sections. Either the Design section has not been implemented or the headings below it should be made smaller to show that they are apart of the Design section

Thanks for the bug report, the header size for architecture should be smaller than the design to improve readability.
