Replace ICS file with link to Davis calendar

Short description: Remove the custom-created ICS file with a link to our Framagenda calendar. We could do this only for recurring meetings, while still creating ICS files for individual, one-off events (e.g. like a gathering at FOSDEM).

I'm thinking now actually that it would still be nice for folks to be able to subscribe to a specific event series rather than all AntennaPod gatherings, so that you can add the community calls in your calendar without being flooded by the Needs Decisions meetings in your calendar.

Not sure if Nextcloud offers links/subscriptions per event.

We pivoted to installing Davis, as it has a nice and simple UI, is simple to host as it's php-basid (and php will be updated by our hoster), and allows us to set a calendar which can be managed by multiple users/accounts (so-called delegates).

it would still be nice for folks to be able to subscribe to a specific event series rather than all AntennaPod gatherings, so that you can add the community calls in your calendar without being flooded by the Needs Decisions meetings in your calendar.

This is not possible in Davis either, but the benefit of easy calendar changes is more important than having these event-specific calendar links. We will create a ticket with Davis to ask if this could be implemented.
