[Bug] 极端天体也可以构建星环对撞机，但按此方式构建的对撞机无法工作

中子星和黑洞也可以构建星环对撞机，但用这两种天体构建的对撞机无法工作

Expected behavior - 预期行为

二选一：

1. 中子星和黑洞构建的星环对撞机可以正常工作
2. 中子星和黑洞无法构建星环对撞机

To Reproduce - 复现问题

1. 用锻星砧搜索到可以产生中子星/黑洞的恒星
2. 加速演化，得到中子星/黑洞
3. 在右侧界面选择星环对撞机，使用16个加速环构建
4. 通电并输入物品，发现无法正常工作
5. （对照试验）使用白矮星构建的星环对撞机可以正常工作
